Vogue Theatre · 3290 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA 94115
Luke Lorentzen's documentary follows the craftspeople of Brooklin Boat Yard as they meticulously construct a 56-foot wooden yacht over 16 months, weaving together scenes of their skilled labor, family lives, and the economic realities of specialized maritime work. It's a meditation on beauty, pride, and tradition set against Maine's rugged landscape.
