When the privileged wield their wealth and influence to twist the law, they ensnare the innocent in a web of injustice. Forced to choose between captivity and escape, they become labeled 'fugitives.' 'Fugitive' (Mafroor) confronts this reality, exploring the social injustice that transforms the innocent into outlaws.
